Alex Fielding

Alex is part of a small group of dual-qualified clinicians in Australia, combining advanced physiotherapy and chiropractic expertise to manage complex injuries and performance goals with precision. He consults at our Blacktown and Dural clinics.

He has extensive experience working with athletes across all levels—from beginners through to elite and Olympic pathways. His roles have included working with Hockey Australia’s elite athlete pathways program, serving as Physiotherapist for NSW Field Hockey, and acting as Head Physiotherapist for the Australian Flag Football Team at the 2024 World Championships. (Flag Football is set to debut at the LA 2028 Olympic Games.)

Alex has a particular interest in complex spinal conditions, sports injuries, and helping individuals return to what they love. He also works with people of all ages to build movement, strength and confidence in their bodies—whether recovering from injury, improving resilience, or reducing future injury risk.

His approach is practical and individualised. He focuses on understanding how an issue affects your daily life, then develops a clear, structured plan to help you move better, get stronger, and return to what matters—whether that’s high-level sport, work demands, or keeping up with family.
